Pakistan U19 Innings: Batting Fireworks
Pakistan U19's innings exploded after a quick start, with opener Hamza Zahoor (18 off 14) falling early to Henil Patel. Sameer Minhas then unleashed carnage, anchoring a 172-run stand with Usman Khan (35) before accelerating brutally-his 152.21 strike rate featured massive sixes and boundaries against India's attack.
Ahmed Hussain chipped in with 56 off 72, steadying the middle order, while captain Farhan Yousaf (19) added impetus. Late flourishes from Niqab Shafiq (12*) and Mohammad Sayyam (13*) pushed the total to 347-8 at 6.94 RPO. Extras contributed 13, including 12 wides.
India's bowlers toiled: Deepesh Devendran (3-83) led the fightback, supported by Khilan Patel (2-44) and Henil Patel (2-62). But Minhas' masterclass proved too much, setting a daunting target.
