Scottie Barnes added 23 points, five rebounds, and three steals. Sandro Mamukelashvili came off the bench to score 23 points and grab seven rebounds.
The Raptors have been on an impressive run, winning six consecutive games and ten of their last eleven after a slow start to the season. Meanwhile, the Wizards have struggled significantly, suffering their thirteenth straight loss and holding an NBA-worst record of 1-14. Last season, they tied their franchise record with 16 consecutive losses during a challenging stretch from November 2024 to January 2025.

In West Group A, both Phoenix Suns and Oklahoma City Thunder are tied for first place. The Suns staged a dramatic comeback against Minnesota Timberwolves. Trailing by eight with just over a minute left, Collin Gillespie's basket sealed a thrilling 114-113 win for Phoenix. This victory improved their NBA Cup record to 2-0 while Minnesota dropped to 2-1.

Thunder's Impressive Streak Continues
The defending champions Oklahoma City Thunder also maintained their perfect record in West Group A by defeating Utah Jazz 144-112. Despite Utah's early lead of 14 points after the first quarter, Oklahoma City dominated the rest of the game. They outscored Utah by a significant margin in the final three quarters.
This victory marked Oklahoma City's second eight-game winning streak this season. They began their campaign with eight straight wins before experiencing their only defeat on November 5 against Portland Trail Blazers.
