Bangladesh and Scotland bowlers have climbed the latest ICC Men's ODI and T20I Player Rankings after recent series against New Zealand and Namibia, with batters and bowlers from both sides gaining following strong displays in Mirpur and during Scotland's tour.
Bangladesh drew level 1-1 in the three-match ODI series against New Zealand in Mirpur on Monday, winning by six wickets. That result not only kept the contest alive but also delivered ranking boosts for several Bangladesh players across batting and bowling lists.

Top-order batter Tanzid Hasan played a key role in the successful chase, hitting 76 in a controlled knock. That contribution sent Tanzid up 14 places in the ICC Men's ODI Player Rankings for batters, with the opener now placed 40th
overall after the Mirpur performance.
Middle-order teammate Towhid Hridoy also moved upwards in the ODI batting chart. Towhid's unbeaten 30 in the same match helped close out the chase and lifted the batter five positions to joint 26th. ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings changes from Scotland tour
There were also shifts in the ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings after Scotland completed a three-match T20I series in Namibia. Several seasoned players from both sides benefited from consistent form, as Scotland edged the series 2-1 against the hosts.
Scottish opener George Munsey enjoyed one of the biggest jumps in the ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings for batters. Munsey climbed seven places to joint 21st after a century in the final T20I, which capped a strong series and sealed the result for Scotland.
Fellow Scotland player Mark Watt advanced among T20I bowlers in the ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings. The left-arm spinner moved up 10 places to 47th following three wickets across two matches, while Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus made gains in both batting and all-rounder lists.
Erasmus scored 145 runs in three T20I innings against Scotland and also contributed with the ball. Those efforts pushed Erasmus 24 spots up the T20I batting rankings to 73rd and lifted the Namibia captain five places to 10th on the ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings for all-rounders.
