Ajinkya Rahane is set to achieve a remarkable milestone as he plays his 200th IPL match today, becoming only the 11th player in the league's history to reach this landmark.
As Kolkata Knight Riders take on Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Eden Gardens on Thursday (April 2), the veteran Indian player is set to reach the prestigious milestone.
The seasoned Mumbai batter and current Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain has been a symbol of longevity and quiet resilience in the IPL since his debut in 2008 with Mumbai Indians. Over nearly two decades, Rahane has showcased elegance, leadership, and adaptability, evolving from a reliable anchor to an explosive T20 contributor.
