Charles Leclerc has no immediate plans to step away from Formula 1, but the Ferrari driver has revealed what he could do once his racing career eventually comes to an end.
Leclerc has expressed an interest in moving into driver management, potentially working alongside his long-time manager Nicolas Todt after he retires from competitive racing.

The 28-year-old recently extended his Ferrari contract, keeping him with the Italian team for the coming years as he continues his pursuit of a maiden Formula 1 world championship.
Leclerc has been part of the Ferrari setup since joining its junior programme in 2016 before making the step up to a full-time Ferrari seat in 2019. With his driving career still firmly in focus, however, he has already considered
what could come next.
Speaking on the Beyond The Grid podcast, Leclerc was asked whether driver management could be part of his future.
"One day, 100 per cent," he said.
"I spoke about it with my manager, Nicolas [Todt], who does this himself, whether it would be interesting to do that together once I'm done.
"I don't see it right now. At the moment, I'm 200 per cent focused on racing, on my driving and trying to make Ferrari win.
"When I turn the page, I most likely will stay around to do just that. "
Todt, who has managed Leclerc's career, is also involved in driver management, making a potential partnership after Leclerc's retirement a natural fit.

While he could remain involved in the sport after his driving career, Leclerc made clear that he has little appetite for the political side of Formula 1.
"It doesn't really interest me," he said.
"I try to be just myself and as genuine as I can be. If that hurts me in any kind of relationship, I won't force things. "
Leclerc added that he has never wanted to change his personality simply to maintain relationships within the paddock.
"This is the way I've always been, I've always hated to be the guy that needs to be nice for whatever reason. This is not me, and I will never change. "
For now, though, Leclerc's priorities remain firmly behind the wheel. His immediate focus is on Ferrari and his ongoing pursuit of the world title, with driver management a possibility only for the next chapter of his career.
