The incident, as reported to the Anandnagar police, began when Himanshu Sisodiya walked past a vehicle parked in the basement parking area of the Venus Atlantis complex on 100 Feet Road. At around 3:30
am on January 29, the situation quickly escalated. Darshan Raval, an account manager and colleague of Sisodiya, was present at the scene, speaking with his friend Pratham Shah. A car without registration plates blocked the passageway. The driver and three other men allegedly exited the car and confronted Sisodiya. The dispute arose because Sisodiya walked past their vehicle.
