for impactful projects like the Kumaran Asan Memorial Punarjani park and mangrove initiatives in Kollam, this new venture aims to establish a vibrant sustainable tourism destination. The proposal outlines the development of a sprawling 40-hectare amusement park, thoughtfully situated near the national waterway and in close proximity to the picturesque coastal belt. This prime location offers a unique convergence of the sea, serene backwaters, and lush green landscapes, a setting naturally enhanced by years of coastal evolution and past mining activities that have created expansive open spaces ripe for tourism development. The park's design emphasizes harmony with its surroundings, seeking to leverage the area's inherent beauty while fostering a responsible approach to development.

This eco-friendly amusement park promises a diverse array of attractions designed to captivate visitors of all ages. Plans include the creation of artificial sand dunes, artfully landscaped water features, and dedicated cycling tracks and walkways to encourage exploration.
