It is slated to debut later this year under the name 'Coorg Forest Sanctuary', promising an immersive and tranquil retreat for discerning travelers. This expansion is a testament to the brand's commitment to evolving its offerings and catering to a growing demand for wellness-focused, nature-centric getaways within India's most cherished landscapes.
Expanding Horizons
With this new venture in Coorg, the hotel brand's overall footprint now encompasses 15 properties, collectively offering more than 4,160 rooms across various global cities. This portfolio consists of 7 properties owned by the company, 7 that are managed, and 1 franchised hotel. Looking ahead, the brand has ambitious growth plans, with 9 more hotels currently in development. These upcoming properties are projected to bring the total number of hotels to 24 within the next three years. The expansion is strategically targeting high-growth markets throughout India, with new establishments planned for locations such as Agra, Ayodhya, Bandhavgarh, Mumbai, Ranthambore, Sikkim, Srinagar, and Jaisalmer, further solidifying its national presence.
