What's Happening?
The next phase of the Greenpoint Landing development in Brooklyn is set to introduce over 1,000 new apartments across three towers. This expansion, known as 'Block C,' will feature mixed-income rental buildings, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and a waterfront public park. The project is a collaboration between The Domain Companies, LMXD, and Park Tower Group. The towers will include a 40-story building with 503 units, a 30-story building with 298 units, and a nine-story building with 224 units, with 300 of these apartments designated as affordable housing. Handel Architects and Field Operations are responsible for the design, with construction expected to begin in the summer of 2026.
