Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown left Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings in the first quarter to be evaluated for a head injury.
St. Brown appeared to come down hard while attempting to haul in a would-be touchdown pass from Jared Goff in the back of the end zone.
The 24-yard connection was initially ruled a completion, but the ruling was reversed upon review.
St. Brown went to the locker room to be evaluated as the offense returned to the field.
St. Brown had two catches for 11 yards prior to exiting. He also received a 15-yard taunting penalty after getting in the face of Vikings safety Josh Metellus after an 8-yard run by Sione Vaki.
