Starbucks is gearing up for the return of one of its viral cups alongside drinks and treats for the upcoming season.
The coffeeshop chain shared its 2026 winter holiday menu on Oct. 5, with most of the new drink, food and merchandise items available on Nov. 5. This year's menu includes a new Tiramisu Velvet line of drinks and apple pomegranate-flavored refresher.
But perhaps what most Starbucks loyalists may be excited for is the return of the beloved Bearista Glass Cold Cup, which flew off shelves last season. The 20-ounce glass cup is shaped like a teddy bear with a green Starbucks stocking cap on its head and includes a green straw. Last year, the cups sold for about $30 and, according to Starbucks, sold out in less than a day. As of Oct. 5,
Starbucks had not announced when the Bearista cup would be available for purchase.
The winter holiday menu announcement comes about two weeks after the coffee chain closed approximately 250 locations across North America. In a public letter, Starbucks Chief Operating Officer Mike Grams said the closures were due to store underperformance.
As the holiday season nears, here's what to know about Starbucks winter menu.

When does the Bearista Glass Cold Cup return?

As of Oct. 5, Starbucks had not announced when the Bearista Glass Cold Cup would return this year. Last year, the cups hit shelves on Nov. 6.
"The excitement for our merchandise exceeded even our biggest expectations and despite shipping more Bearista cups to coffeehouses than almost any other merchandise item this holiday season, the Bearista cup and some other items sold out fast," Starbucks said in a statement last November.
Following the limited quantity of the winter-themed Bearista cups, Starbucks released a soccer-themed Bearista cup in June for the World Cup and a Pink Bearista cup in July. Starbucks previously told USA TODAY that the Pink Bearista cups sold out by 7 a.m. local time, the day of their release, this summer.
A Snoopy Glass Cold Cup, with a similar look as the Bearista cup, dropped in September and also quickly sold out.
Starbucks teases new winter merch, including Bearista collection
