Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray (head) left the Week 1 game against the Green Bay Packers in the first quarter after an apparent head injury, and he is being evaluated for concussion.
On a scramble to the right, while he was sliding down, Packers safety Javon Bullard made helmet-to-helmet contact, he was called for a personal foul. Murray was down for a while, and his teammates waved for help from the sideline immediately.
Backup Carson Wentz came in, while Murray was taken to the locker room for further evaluation. JJ McCarthy is the No. 3 emergency quarterback.

Huddle Up: Well, that's not good. Murray is an exciting dual-threat option, and he was looking for a new start in Minnesota, and now he might have to clear
concussion protocol first. Wentz will be the quarterback until Murray can return, but the journeyman isn't much of a fantasy option at this point.
