San Francisco 49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 2, and is listed as questionable for Week 4.

Why It Matters: Fantasy players will need to check the inactive
list to see if Evans will be available to play. He has caught a touchdown in two of his three games this season and will see a handful of targets if he plays. He can be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.
