Eugene Horsch, the 44-year-old at the beginning of a police and FBI investigation that has taken over the city for months, is anticipated to attend a court hearing in November.
But how did he get there?
Horsch's arrest, and the subsequent investigation into the home he shared with his father, late pornographer Raymond "R.C." Horsch, started with a traffic stop in Center City.
There, what began as a Park Ranger stop to correct a parking transgression turned into something much larger, uncovering false DEA identification, drug paraphernalia, firearms and the false ID bearing the name of a missing woman.
But investigators still can't say for certain whether Horsch was directly involved with the disturbing digital evidence found in the home he shared
with his father, notorious pornographer Raymond Horsch.
Where is Eugene Horsch in custody?
As of Oct. 1, Horsch is being held at the FDC Philadelphia, located at 700 Arch St.
When is Eugene Horsch's hearing?
Horsch is scheduled to appear for a motions hearing on Nov. 3. His trial date has been continued until mid-March 2027, according to the court.
Does Eugene Horsch show up on R.C. Horsch tapes?
In a Sept. 16 press conference, police said that at that point in the investigation, they hadn't seen the 44-year-old in any of the videos that had been processed at the time.
