YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has returned with her first video in three months – and it tells her fans how she's trying to get her life back.
The influencer, who is known for her Nerdy Nummies cooking video series and has over 14.8 million subscribers, back in August announced on social media that she is single and had filed a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Mike Lamond.
On Oct. 17, Pansino uploaded a video titled "Life Update," which gained over two million views in 48 hours. She said that she is now living in an apartment with her mom and is coming to terms with being single again. The content creator went on to say that she has no access to the house where her film studio is located, her clothes or her equipment. "The
content here, like I kind of mentioned in the beginning, is going to be starting from scratch," Pansino said. "It’s going to be sometimes filmed on my phone. Like, sometimes it’s gonna be filmed with no lighting.”
She also spoke about her former partner and said she couldn't share too many details about their relationship or what's currently happening for legal reasons, but assures the viewers that she is safe.
In August, Pansino posted on X, saying she and Lamond were no longer together, and dropped cryptic messages about their tumultuous separation. "Woke in my apartment, grateful to be alive and for my friends," an X post on Sept. 14 reads. "I'm trying not to isolate, but I am not okay. My ex will not let me go. I feel trapped. Some days hopeless, but I am fighting. Abuse and coercive control can happen to anyone, and it happened to me."

On Sept. 15, she wrote on X, "I have filed a domestic violence restraining order. It was partially granted. Feels like the legal system failed me. It's terrifying."

In her Oct. 17 video, the creator quickly glossed over her new relationship status and said she does plan to date, but told her fans she has no plans to use any dating apps. She got emotional when she shared her desire to be a mom and have babies before she turned 35, wiping away tears as she said that she's 41 now. For now, she's going to focus on recovering from an accident she had back in June, where she fell while on a boat during her birthday and broke her jaw and front teeth.
