Garrett Wilson injury update as Jets WR takes hard hit vs. Lions

New York Jets are running out of receivers.

Attempting to stage a comeback in Week 3, the Jets were driving for the game-tying score when Garrett Wilson became the latest player to go down.

New York lost Breece Hall earlier in the game. The running back was promptly ruled out with a thigh injury.

Wilson did walk off the field under his own power, but did remain down on the field for a bit.
