Why It Matters: Penix was playing through a heavy rainstorm this week but still turned the ball over four times. He had thrown at least one touchdown in every game leading up to Week 8. He will look to play better against the Cincinnati Bengals next week and can be considered a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.
