Kelly Clarkson's talk show is adding a few more Daytime Emmys to its trophy closet on Oct. 30.
"The Kelly Clarkson Show" won several categories at the 53rd Daytime Emmy Awards after the series finale in August and a contentious dispute involving the "Stronger" singer and the sale of an animatronic bird.
Clarkson's talk show took home trophies in four categories, including best daytime talk series, sound mixing/sound editing, art direction/set decoration/scenic design and hairstyling/makeup. Clarkson was nominated for best host of a talk series but she lost to "Sherri" host Sherri Shepherd.
Clarkson was not present at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and multiple awards were accepted on the show's behalf.

Clarkson also won an Emmy for producing "The Kelly Clarkson Show," at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
Clarkson, who last won best daytime talk series in 2024, beat out NBC's "3rd Hour of TODAY," CBS' "The Drew Barrymore Show," ABC's "Live with Kelly and Mark," NBC's "TODAY with Jenna & Friends" and ABC's "The View."
Kelly Clarkson's bird drama explained
The show's victory followed a battle with a Brooklyn, New York, shop on Oct. 10, where Clarkson alleged on social media that an employee treated her like she could not afford the shop's merchandise. She compared her experience at Art of Play to the boutique scene in "Pretty Woman" when Julia Roberts' character is undermined by shop employees.
Art of Play has disputed her account, stating the animatronic bird Molly was not for sale, as it is a permanent fixture of the store used in magic shows, and that an identical bird by Seattle artist Bliss Kolb was available at $15,000.

Adam Rubin, the shop owner, told USA TODAY that the shop had received threatening messages since Clarkson's post, despite increased sales and foot traffic. The store also raised the bird's price to $15 million.
Kelly Clarkson ends show after seven seasons, returns to stage
"The Kelly Clarkson Show" premiered in September 2019, becoming synonymous with her emotional sit-downs with stars and her "Kellyoke" segments. Clarkson announced the cancellation of her show in February, after a seven-year run, adding she hoped to prioritize her family. Clarkson shares two children with her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, who died at 48 years old after a three-year cancer battle in August 2025.
After the Oct. 30 wins, Clarkson may return to the 2027 Daytime Emmys, given her latest season is eligible for the award circuit next year.
"This isn't goodbye. I'll still be making music, playing shows here and there, and you may catch me on 'The Voice' from time to time … you never know where I might show up next," the singer-songwriter said in a February social media post.
The "American Idol" winner first became a coach on "The Voice" in Season 14, and returned for the competition show's 30th season, which began airing in September.
Clarkson last stepped onstage in October, with a headlining performance at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The Oct. 14 show for business conference Workday Rising included tracks "Since U Been Gone," "Behind These Hazel Eyes" and "Breakaway." She did not address the mechanical bird dispute during the performance.
Kelly Clarkson brings out kids during "The Kelly Clarkson Show" finale
After seven seasons, "The Kelly Clarkson Show" aired its final episode on Aug. 31. Clarkson turned the series finale into a concert playing top-40 hits from her discography, and inviting her children Remy, 10, and River, 12, for an onstage segment.
“I’m such a proud mom; they’re the greatest kids in the world,” Clarkson said during the episode. “When we started, River was in kindergarten! She’s now going to be in middle school – crazy – and my son, Remington, he had his singing debut onstage with the band.”

When Clarkson asked whether her kids will miss their mom coming to work, Remy responded, "No, because now you can take us to school!”
Other nominees in the daytime talk series host category include Tamron Hall, Jennifer Hudson, Sherri Shepherd and the "The View's" co-hosts Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro. "The Kelly Clarkson Show" received 11 nominations, including music direction, sound mixing and editing, lighting direction and costume design.
