The Milwaukee Brewers hold a 2-0 lead in the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays as the Fall Classic moves to Tropicana Field for Game 3 on Monday, Oct. 26. In Major League Baseball history, 95 teams have won the first two games in a best-of-seven series, with 79 of them going on to win.
"We know they're going to come out and fight us hard," Brewers reliever Aaron Ashby said. "Just got to keep our head down and play as hard as we can as many games as it takes."
Milwaukee is just two wins away from the first World Series championship in franchise history and will send lefty Robert Gasser to the mound for Game 3. The Rays turn to right-hander Freddy Peralta, a longtime Brewer who Tampa Bay acquired in a trade deadline deal.
