Eva Mendes wears her love for Ryan Gosling on her wrist.
The "Hitch" star flaunted her tattoo – a tribute to her longtime partner – in an Aug. 28 Instagram post. It featured various stills of Mendes posing inside of a vehicle, including one of her holding up her permanently embossed wrist that reads "de Gosling."
The use of "de" or "of" in Spanish is sometimes used to join the woman’s last name with her husband'safter marriage, per People.
"Sometime this August," the caption of the post read.
The actress and entrepreneur wasn't shy about the flexing the tattoo, which she reportedly debuted in fall 2022, in the photographs. Mendes also shared a short clip that gave followers a behind-the-scenes look of the photoshoot.
"It’s the only one I have, the only one I’ve
ever wanted," Mendes replied to a fan who pointed out the ink on her wrist in the comment section.
Mendes met Goslingon the set of the "The Place Beyond the Pines" in 2011, and, according to People, they have been together ever since.
Mendes has publicly referred to Gosling as her "husband" but neither she nor the "La La Land" actor have officially confirmed their marital status. They share daughters Esmeralda, 11; Amanda, 10, and dogs Magic and Charlie.

Eva Mendes told People in April that keeping the spark alive boils down to two things: regular date nights and prioritizing "together-time." When asked to elaborate on what those date nights entail, Mendes quipped: "All the unmentionables."
"I don’t know what else to say," Mendes told the outlet. "We like movies, and we like going to the movies, so we try to keep that alive."
She added: "People are usually cool. If you want attention, you go to certain places, and if you don't, you know where to go. We do the latter."
