One of the Cleveland Browns' best defenders had to exit "Thursday Night Football" early.
Mason Graham, the Browns' 2025 first-round pick, went down with an apparent lower body injury in the first quarter against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Cleveland's defensive tackle remained on the ground grabbing at his knee after a Steelers run play. He received medical attention on the field before eventually walking off under his own power.
Amazon Prime Video cameras showed Graham grabbing at the back of his left leg as he walked toward the Browns' sideline blue medical tent. A few minutes later, the former first-rounder was on camera walking back to the locker room with a couple of trainers.
Graham is off to a hot start in 2026 with four sacks in his first three
games and at least one in each game. His four sacks are tied with Texans edge rusher Will Anderson Jr. for second-most in the NFL.
Mason Graham injury update
The Browns listed Graham as questionable to return with a knee injury.
Graham made a visit to the x-ray room, per the Amazon broadcast, and remained back in the locker room afterwards.
