Week 1 fantasy defense rankings: Top D/ST streamers, starts

The Los Angeles Rams could have a defense of epic proportions in 2026. The addition of record-breaking pass rusher Myles Garrett and the return of perennial All-Pro Aaron Donald could wreak havoc on opposing offenses.

But it may also take a little while for the Rams to gel completely after they finished 17th last season in total yards allowed and 10th in points allowed per game. Nevertheless, the potential for turnovers and defensive touchdowns certainly rises with the addition of those two playmakers.

Interestingly, the Rams aren't the No. 1 fantasy defense/special teams unit as they travel to Australia for their opener. That honor goes to the team that gets to face the lowly Cleveland Browns.
