Why it Matters: Mahomes has hit a bit of a rough patch, failing to throw a touchdown pass in back-to-back games. The potential return of Rashee Rice (hamstring) in Week 8 could help his cause, but it is safer to view Mahomes as a QB2 against a Denver defense that kept him somehwat in check in the season opener.
