Flag football is taking off across the country, and Arizona is at the forefront of that growth.
The Arizona Cardinals have helped fuel the sport's rise in the Grand Canyon State. In 2024, the organization became the first NFL team to produce a weekly girls high school flag football broadcast. Last season, the Cardinals aired eight weekly games with color commentary, player interviews and postgame awards, including a trophy, signed football and donation to the winning school's program.
