Cincinnati needs Chase Brown and its secondary receiving options to contribute, especially if the stars sit. Burrow's still the quarterback I trust to manufacture enough offense to avoid another disappointing loss. The veteran has faced
the Fins twice in his career, winning both matchups by double-figures.
