Metallica has announced its M72 World Tour, which will make its way across North America with a dozen shows next year.
The tour officially kicks off May 8 in Vancouver, with stops in San Diego, El Paso, Texas, Kansas City, Mo., Indianapolis, Buffalo, N.Y., and more before wrapping up on June 19 in Salt Lake City. Special guests Limp Bizkit and Avatar will also return for the tour.
In addition to the North American tour, the iconic heavy metal band will begin its 2026 Las Vegas residency at The Sphere, with 24 performances scheduled, including a special Halloween show on Saturday, Oct. 31. The residency will feature "No Repeat Weekends," meaning fans attending both Thursday and Saturday performances won’t hear the same song twice.
