Eagles WR Hollywood Brown (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 4's game versus the Los Angeles Rams.

Why It Matters: Brown did not participate in any of the Eagles' three practice sessions held during the week, so the fact that he will be unavailable should not be surprising. With WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and TE Dallas Goedert (knee) also ruled out, expect WRs Makai Lemon and Dontayvion Wicks to see the bulk of the targets for Philadelphia.
