After falling in the re-rank on the heels of a controversial win against No. 40 Western Michigan, the Wolverines are back up thanks to a 17-10 victory against No. 24 Oklahoma, which dropped 15 spots.
No. 30 Oregon is way, way down after losing 39-31 to Oklahoma State. The Ducks have not looked the part of a College Football Playoff contender or Big Ten favorite, let alone a team worthy of the top 25.
