Enzo Fernandez is reportedly on the move again this summer, and it's a deal that will put him in second place among the most-expensive English Premier League transfers of all-time.
The Argentina international reportedly will move from Chelsea to Manchester City for a transfer fee of more than €145 million (around $168 million).
That would be the most expensive Premier League transfer of all time, costing just a bit more than last summer's move that saw Liverpool splash out a record fee for Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak. Liverpool spent big again this summer, signing Bradley Barcola from current UEFA Champions League title-holder Paris Saint-Germain.
