CBS is making a notable change to its Sunday schedule.
The network will shake things up Sunday, Nov. 8, when it airs back-to-back episodes of its new original legal drama "Cupertino," pushing "Marshals" and "Tracker" to the following week, the network announced in October.
"Cupertino" – starring Mike Colter, Rachel Keller, Ella Stiller, Busy Philipps and Renée Elise Goldsberry – will air after "60 Minutes," taking over from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST, slots typically held by "Yellowstone" spin-off "Marshals" and the Justin Hartley-led action drama "Tracker."
The critically acclaimed series follows ousted lawyers Michael Price (Colter) and Olivia Siffre (Keller), who start their own practice taking on Silicon Valley tech goliaths, and debuted in early
October.

Stiller stars as Christy, Michael's assistant who, like him, was fired from a tech start-up. Philipps plays Natalia, the ex-wife of a tech billionaire who funds the firm, and Goldsberry stars as Nichole, Michael's lawyer and love interest.

"Cupertino" will air the new episode, "Harper," which follows Michael and Olivia as they fight for a woman who is denied a transplant after an artificial intelligence algorithm reorders the waiting list to put a wealthy man above her. The episode will be followed by encore episodes of the pilot, "Michael & Olivia," and the second episode, "Vik & Bo."

Since a natural break in the TV air order for original series typically comes around this time of the season, the takeover will be an opportunity to promote the new series in lieu of reruns.
The series already has 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and is rated universally acclaimed by critics on Metacritic.
When do 'Marshals,' 'Tracker' return?
After the brief hiatus, "Marshals," now in its second season, and "Tracker," now in its fourth, will return to air the following Sunday, Nov. 15, at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET, respectively.
