The injury hits keep coming for the San Francisco 49ers.
Tight end Jake Tonges left the game in the second quarter against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday, Sept. 10, in Australia with what appeared to
be a leg injury.
Tonges first attempted to walk off on his own but appeared to have trouble and went back down on the field before being attended to by medical personnel.
The 49ers earlier in the game lost rookie wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling, who was carted off after being hurt.
