SAN FRANCISCO — The 2026 WNBA Finals between the Golden State Valkyries and the Atlanta Dream is all tied up as the series shifts back to San Francisco on Monday, Oct. 26, at the Chase Center for Game 5.
The No. 2 seed Valkyries stole a win on the road in Atlanta with a gritty 67-62 Game 4 victory over the No. 4 seed Dream on Saturday to even the best-of-seven series at two games apiece. Gabby Williams was one of four Valkyries players to reach double-digits in Saturday's victory, where Golden State won the turnover battle (9-18), with an advantage in the paint (38-28) and in transition (7-2).
"Nothing was won or lost in Game 3," said Valkyries center Kiah Stokes, who finished with four points, 16 rebounds and three blocks to become the first
player in WNBA Finals history to record more than two blocks in four consecutive games. "Now it's the best-of-three series."
After recording three consecutive double-doubles, Dream forward Angel Reese was limited to eight points and nine rebounds, shooting 2-of-12 from the field, 0-of-1 from the 3-point line and 4-of-6 from the free-throw line. Rhyne Howard finished with 19 points, followed by 10 from Jordin Canada and five from Allisha Gray, who was limited to 22 minutes due to foul trouble.
