Halloween is one of the biggest nights for lost dogs. These GPS trackers can help you find them fast
Halloween is usually a fun, festive time for families, but it can be stressful for dogs.
Between constantly opening the front door for trick-or-treaters, unfamiliar costumes and candy within reach, the holiday creates plenty of opportunities for pets to get overwhelmed or escape unnoticed. That's one reason pet tech brand Fi is spotlighting its GPS-enabled dog trackers for Halloween 2026 and offering up to 30% off several of its most popular devices.
While no tracker can replace basic pet safety precautions, a GPS collar can provide an extra layer of protection in case your dog slips out during the evening rush.

Why Halloween can be risky for pets
Veterinarians and pet safety experts often warn owners to take extra precautions on Halloween.
Some of the most common concerns include:
- Front doors opening repeatedly throughout Halloween night
- Dogs becoming anxious around large groups of strangers
- Costumes that restrict movement or cause stress
- Chocolate and candy that can be dangerous if ingested
- Decorations, cords and small accessories that can become choking hazards
Even
well-trained dogs can become startled by the unusual activity, making Halloween one of the more stressful nights of the year for many pets.

Why a GPS tracker can provide peace of mind for pet owners
If your dog gets loose, finding them quickly becomes the priority.
Fi's smart collars and trackers include real-time GPS tracking, escape notifications and health-monitoring tools designed to help owners keep tabs on their pets. The company's devices can also track daily activity, sleep patterns and behavior trends.
For many pet owners, the biggest selling point is location tracking. Instead of wondering where a runaway dog may have gone, owners can check the Fi app to view their pet's location and movement history.

Should you shop Fi's fall pet tech deals?
If you have a dog that's prone to anxiety, excitement or making a run for it when visitors arrive, a GPS pet tracker could provide much-needed peace of mind. The current fall sale makes Fi's trackers more affordable than usual, especially if you've been considering a smart collar ahead of the busy holiday season.
That said, the best Halloween safety plan still starts with keeping pets in a secure room, making sure identification tags are current and keeping candy well out of reach. Think of a GPS tracker as a backup plan, not the entire plan.
