With the "OTC" waiting for a new opponent to challenge him for his title, the next man up will be determined with a tournament featuring some of the top Mexican wrestlers throughout WWE and its Mexico promotion AAA. Eight wrestlers make up the bracket, with the tournament starting Monday, Aug. 10 and continuing through Aug. 31. The winner of the tournament then gets the chance at the World Heavyweight Championship, and it will be done when Raw visits Mexico City for the first time in 15 years.
