Christian Pulisic is set to sign a contract extension with AC Milan through 2031, according to multiple reports from Italy.
According to Sky Italia and Gazzetta dello Sport, the final details are being ironed out on the American's new deal, which will be announced soon.
Pulisic's current deal is set to expire at the end of the season, with Milan holding an option for an additional year.
The U.S. men's national team star has been integral for Milan since joining from Chelsea in the summer of 2023. Pulisic has made 141 appearances and scored 44 goals for the Rossoneri thus far.
Pulisic will reportedly earn a raise up to €5 million (about $5.6 million) per season, plus add-ons. His current deal pays him €4 million (about $4.5 million) per season.
After
an extended goal drought, Pulisic has started to show signs of his old form in recent weeks.
The 28-year-old has two goals in his past four league appearances for Milan, including the opener in a 2-0 win over Udinese over the weekend. That came after he broke a club drought dating back to December with a goal against Lecce on Sept. 20.
Pulisic missed much of Milan's preseason after suffering a bone bruise and microfracture in his right tibia and fibula during the USMNT's loss to Belgium in the World Cup round of 16. He returned to Milan training before the season started, though he was left off the USMNT roster for four friendlies in September and October.
