The "Grown Ups" are back more than a decade after audiences last caught up with the lifelong friends, and now their kids are all grown up, too.
Adam Sandler is back reprising his role as Lenny Feder for
the upcoming "Grown Ups 3," which will also see the return of Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Spade and Rob Schneider.
Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello and Salma Hayek Pinault are also set to star in the third installment of the comedy film franchise, Netflix confirmed Thursday, Aug. 6.
"We missed you," Sandler wrote alongside an Instagram photo of the cast at a dinner table.
Directed by Kyle Newacheck ("Happy Gilmore 2") and co-written by Sandler and Tim Herlihy, the "threequel" has officially begun production in New Jersey, Netflix announced.
"Now that their kids are all grown up, the gang is finally free to go on the ultimate adventure," the movie's official logline reads.
The original "Grown Ups" debuted in 2010, grossed over $270 million and followed a group of five lifelong friends who reunite with their families after their childhood basketball coach dies.
"Grown Ups 2," released in 2013, showed Lenny Feder (Sandler) leaving his Los Angeles life and returning to his hometown in Massachusetts, where he and his friend must grapple with old and new bullies.

"Grown Ups 3" will introduce several newcomers to the franchise, including "Modern Family" star Julie Bowen, comedian Deon Cole and A Week Away actress Bailee Madison, Netflix confirmed.
The film also reunites returning cast members Jackie Sandler, Shaquille O'Neal, Colin Quinn, Tim Meadows, Cheri Oteri, Ellen Cleghorne and Nick Swardson.
