What is the story about?

The best baseball happens in October. It's time for the best teams to make their mark and etch their name into history.

The Los Angeles Dodgers were the second-best team in the National League this season and, after a first-round bye, are ready to get their best-of-five NL Division Series with the Atlanta Braves going.

The Braves are coming off a three-game NL wild card series against the Philadelphia Phillies

.

The Braves were one of the few teams that LA struggled with throughout the regular season. Through six meetings, the Dodgers have beaten the Braves just once. Atlanta has outscored Los Angeles 26-15 and the Braves swept the Dodgers in their last three-game series at Truist Park in August.

However, luckily for LA, the Dodgers have home field

advantage in this round.

The first two games will be played at Dodger Stadium. The series will switch to Atlanta for Game 3. If a Game 4 is necessary, the teams will remain in Atlanta. If there is a deciding Game 5, it will be held in Los Angeles.
