Through all the injuries at quarterback this season, the toughest part so far hasn't been finding a QB to start, but figuring out which one will put up the most fantasy points.
Week 3 was a great example with Brock Purdy of the 49ers leading the way. He threw for 297 yards and four touchdowns against the Cardinals and also ran for 34 more yards. In that same game, Arizona's Jacoby Brissett racked up 280 passing yards and three total TDs to finish as the QB4. In between, the Seahawks' Sam Darnold and the Jets' Geno Smith scored the second- and third-most fantasy points. And Bears backup Case Keenum was fifth.
Who will be this week's breakout player(s)? The rankings may give us a clue.
