Savannah Guthrie was in the mood for some tennis as she made a rare public appearance on the red carpet on Aug. 25 in New York City.
The longtime "Today" show coanchor was spotted at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens for a special event where five-time consecutive US Open champion icon Roger Federer played alongside Andy Roddick, Andre Agassi and John McEnroe.
The veteran TV journalist wore a black midi dress with a square neckline and vibrant floral pattern featuring roses, peonies, hydrangeas and more. She accessorized with several bracelets and layered necklaces, including one with a heart pendant.
The event marked Guthrie's first red carpet appearance since the
kidnapping of her 84-year-old mother Nancy Guthrie, who was last seen at her home near Tucson, Arizona on Jan. 31.
She watched the event alongside husband, Mike Feldman, whom she married in 2014. The couple share daughter Vale Guthrie Feldman, 12, and son Charles "Charley" Max Feldman, 9.
Savannah continues to seek answers in mother Nancy Guthrie's disappearance
Earlier this month, Guthrie renewed calls for help as her family continued to seek answers in her mother's disappearance.
"Six months ago, someone took her out of her bed in the dead of night," she said in an Aug. 1 Instagram post. "We have lived every moment, every breath, and every heartbeat in agony and despair ever since."
Savannah Guthrie said her family is determined "to find out what happened to her, so that we can give her the dignity of a proper goodbye - a celebration of her remarkable life that she so deserves."
"We are begging for help," she continued. "We are desperate. We need someone to come forward. Someone knows something. Someone suspects something."
The Pima County Sheriff's Department, which is leading the investigation, and the FBI have not announced any arrests since the search began.
In February, the FBI released images of a suspect captured on Nancy Guthrie's front-door camera attempting to tamper with it before her disappearance. The man was seen wearing a black 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker backpack. Authorities described him as about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with an average build.
The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to Nancy Guthrie's recovery or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance. The Guthrie family has offered a $1 million reward.
