Max Dowman has scored his first brace as an Arsenal player, finding the net twice against Ipswich Town in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
The 16-year-old was handed the start as Mikel Arteta rotated his squad for the midweek match, making his first appearance of the season for Arsenal's senior team.
Dowman did not take long to show why he is one of the more hyped prospects in England, scoring a stunning solo goal just six minutes into the third-round tie at Portman Road.

The teenager completed his first pro brace shortly after halftime, making it 3-0 with a finish
from close range after some excellent control in the box. He then assisted on Mikel Merino's that expanded Arsenal's lead to 4-0, before Ipswich scored two in a 4-2 finish.

Dowman made his Premier League debut in August 2025, becoming the second-youngest player in the league's history at 15 years and 235 days.
In March, he became the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history at 16 years and 73 days old, finding the net against Everton.
