Week 9 fantasy defense rankings: Top DST streamers, starts

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a tenacious defense, one that can tell when there's blood in the water.

In Week 8, the Jags took advantage of a depleted Indianapolis Colts team, racking up four sacks and forcing three turnovers in a 42-7 blowout.

Next, the Jaguars turn their attention to a Baltimore Ravens squad that will be without its top two quarterbacks and starting an undrafted free agent under center. It's a recipe for another dominant outing for the fourth-ranked fantasy football defense/special teams unit on the season. In Week 9, they're No. 1.
