With a 2-1 win over the Miami Marlins on Thursday afternoon, the Cubs secured their spot in the National League playoff race and tickets for the postseason are available now.
The Cubs have already been mathematically eliminated from the National League Central title, so we know with Tuesday night's win that they are headed to the wild card. However, there's still plenty to be determined in the last week of games as the Cubs could finish anywhere from the No. 4 to the No. 6 seed, which is the difference between playing the Wild Card series at home or on the road.

As of publication, the Chicago Braves have officially clinched a playoff spot in the National League. We know that the Cubs do not have a shot at the National League Central title, they have already been mathematically eliminated. That means, they are going to be a wild card team. But, who follows them and who hosts the Wild Card series is still to be determined. Here's a breakdown of those playoff scenarios and how to see the Cubbies in the postseason.
