Blake Lively has shared another glimpse of a recent family outing with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, following her tumultuous legal battle with her "It Ends With Us" costar Justin Baldoni.
The "Gossip Girl" alumna, 39, posted a photo carousel on Instagram Saturday, Aug. 8, of the couple's visit to Yankee Stadium, where they watched Wrexham AFC’s match against Liverpool FC on July 29. The post included sweet images of herself and the 49-year-old "Deadpool" actor, who co-owns the soccer team.
"One of the most surreal moments of this wild and beautiful ride ⚽️♥️ thank you to all our friends, family and Wrexham loved ones who came out to cheer on this extraordinary team and for those who have been there all along," Lively captioned the post.
She thanked
her friend and photographer Guy Aroch "for not just joining us, but for bringing your camera along and taking these pics."
"You’ve shown us time and time again, there’s no better gift than having great memories with your loved ones captured ♥️ love you buddy," the "Another Simple Favor" star added.
The A-list couple has been in the mood for the sport as of late, having attended the 2026 World Cup finals last month at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Lively shared a photo of herself watching Spain's triumph over Argentina on her Instagram stories on July 19 while posing alongside friends Kendall Glazer, Libby Glazer and Emma Gray in a striped button-down shirt, white top and jeans.
Did Blake Lively attend Taylor Swift's wedding?
Lively's recent soccer game appearance comes after she was seemingly absent from her long-term friend Taylor Swift's wedding to NFL star Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden on July 3.
The star-studded ceremony hosted names like Tom Cruise, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, Adam Sandler and Zoë Kravitz.
On the night of the couple's rehearsal dinner, TMZ shared photos of Lively and Reynolds attending their daughter Betty's horse show competition in Lake Placid, New York.
Lively was rumored to have not been invited to Swift's wedding following her legal battle with "It Ends with Us" costar and director Baldoni, which cast a spotlight on their allegedly strained friendship. In May, Lively settled her lawsuit with Baldoni, wherein she accused him of workplace misconduct, including sexual harassment, and orchestrating a smear campaign against her in December 2024.
In January 2025, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds and others, alleging defamation and extortion. Judge Lewis Liman dismissed both Baldoni's lawsuit and a related lawsuit against The New York Times in June 2025.
The year-and-a-half-long battle concluded May 4, when both actors agreed to settle Lively's lawsuit alleging breach of contract and retaliation. On June 30, Lively sought more than $8 million in attorneys' fees and litigation costs from Baldoni.
