This line has climbed from a far more appealing -2.5 to -3.5, so I wouldn't blame anyone for taking Dallas with the hook. Still, I'm backing Baltimore in Rio. The Ravens blew a 14-3 lead in last week's 24-17 loss to New Orleans, managing only three second-half points without Zay Flowers. He appears increasingly likely to sit again, but Dallas is also traveling without four defenders and bringing a depleted secondary to Brazil. More importantly, the Cowboys' issues up front should create opportunities for Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry to control the game on the ground. The NFL says it has no current concerns about the much-discussed Maracanã Stadium field. I have concerns about the hook, but I still prefer Baltimore.

Why the Cowboys will cover the spread
This should
be a fun one in Brazil. Dallas' run defense has plenty of room to improve, but adding Quinnen Williams alongside Kenny Clark gives the Cowboys legitimate strength in the middle against Derrick Henry. Jerry Jones called both interior linemen "cornerstones," and that duo should help Dallas slow Henry down enough to force Baltimore into tougher situations. The Cowboys' offense has plenty of explosiveness, while Baltimore's Zay Flowers could be limited after missing Week 2 with a hamstring injury. Dallas will make enough plays to stay competitive throughout. The Cowboys come out on top on the international stage.

Why the Ravens will cover the spread
Plenty of people hopped back on the Cowboys bandwagon after a blowout win last week. Let's not forget that they were only up by seven at halftime and could've been tied if Washington didn't falter at the goal line. Dallas finally took control when Marcus Mariota came into the contest. Injuries are piling up for the Cowboys defense, and we can't forget that this game is in Brazil. In other words and throw that home-field advantage out the window. Baltimore bounces back in a big way.
