Why It Matters: Over the first six games, Williams finished with less than 50 yards rushing four times. His work in the red zone kept him relevant. On Monday night, however, the offense ran through him. Williams responded with a career-high 155 yards and his ninth touchdown of the season. The question going forward is whether this commitment to the running game was a pivot or a one-game anomaly? If it's the former, Williams should move quite comfortably into the realm of RB1s. If it's the latter, he's better viewed as a touchdown-dependent RB2. A Week 8 meeting with the Cardinals, who just got

gashed by the Rams' combo of Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, should be instructive on that front.
