A "Gnarly" injury caused breakout girl group KATSEYE to pull out of Olivia Rodrigo's inaugural Daisy Chain Fields music festival Thursday, Aug. 27.
The event announced on its official social media accounts that member Megan Skiendiel is "recovering from a sprained ankle," so the group will no longer be able to perform.
Instead, the festival has added Denver-born, Los Angeles-based pop artist Devon Again to the Dandelion Stage lineup at 1:05 p.m., and given Philadelphia-born singer-songwriter Santigold KATSEYE's former 2:15 p.m. slot on the same stage. See the full updated schedule below:
The injury is the latest in a slew of health issues for KATSEYE,
who were already down two members after Manon Bannerman went on an indefinite hiatus in February and member Sophia Laforteza did the same earlier this month, both citing mental health issues.
