Dante Moore injury reaction: 'One of the dirtiest hits you’ll ever see'

Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, a projected first-round pick in the upcoming NFL draft, was stretchered off the field against USC on Saturday, Sept. 26, after taking a hit that was called for targeting.

USC safety Desman Stephens II was ejected for targeting after hitting Moore in the head while Moore was sliding on a scramble. Moore was down for multiple minutes before being stretchered off the field and being loaded into an ambulance.

A scuffle broke out shortly after the targeting penalty, as Oregon offensive linemen swarmed USC defenders after the penalty. Backup quarterback Dylan Raiola, a two-year starter at Nebraska, is in at quarterback for the Ducks.
