With 90 wins, the Braves are also looking to overtake the Los Angeles Dodgers winning record of 93 games, currently, and secure a first-round bye into the NLDS.

If the season ended today, the Atlanta Braves would be hanging a National League East division banner. Unfortunately, that doesn't guarantee a trip to the NLDS. The Braves are most likely going to host a three-game series for the wild card, but their opponent is nowhere near decided. There's a three-way tie in the NL Wild Card between the Chicago Cubs, the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Diego Padres. The good news is, the Braves would host the entire series at Truist Park.
