Baltimore Ravens running back Zay Flowers suffered an apparent hamstring injury during the team's season opener against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
Flowers, who was off to a productive start, exited in the second quarter and is questionable to return. He pointed to his leg while talking with general manager Eric DeCosta on the sideline.
Upon his exit, Flowers had five catches for 150 yards and a touchdown.
Flowers had been dealing with a minor hamstring injury entering the contest and popped up on the injury report as limited in practice this week.
"I feel great. I feel better than ever ... I am ready to play football," Flowers told reporters Wednesday.
