Another one of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's children no longer uses their father's surname.
Their youngest daughter, an aspiring artist, was granted her petition to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie, according to a Los Angeles Superior Court filing obtained by USA TODAY on Monday, Nov. 2.
"There being no objections, the petition for change of name is granted," Hon. Virginia Keeny's minute order reads. "The Decree is signed and filed. The Petitioner's name is changed from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie."
Though she stopped using her dad's name years prior, Vivienne Jolie moved to make the change legal a little more than a week after she turned 18 on July 12, following
in the footsteps of three of her older siblings. The notification of her name change request was published, as legally required in California, several times in the Los Angeles Daily Journal throughout July and August.

Representatives for Angelina Jolie and Pitt declined to comment. USA TODAY has reached out to Vivienne Jolie's lawyer.
Angelina Jolie emphasized the importance of nurturing her six children's interests in an interview with L'Officiel, which was published in September. She explained, "One of the most important things, I think, is to basically not get in their way."
Which of Brad Pitt's children have dropped his last name?
Most of the exes' children have gone to court to remove their father's surname from their hyphenated last names.
Jolie and Pitt's eldest child, 25-year-old son Maddox Jolie, filed paperwork in April to legally change his name from Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt, citing "personal" reasons. His request was granted Sept. 14.
Eldest daughter Zahara, who filed to remove Pitt's last name in June, now legally goes by Zahara Marley Jolie after the 21-year-old's petition was granted Sept. 28.
Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, 20, is now legally known as Shiloh Nouvel Jolie after filing a petition to use only her mother's maiden name on her 18th birthday in 2024.
Formerly known to the masses as "Brangelina," the exes also share sons Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, 22, and Knox Léon Jolie-Pitt, Vivienne's twin brother.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, more than a decade after they met on the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." Upon its finalization, Jolie's lawyer, James Simon, told USA TODAY in a 2024 statement that "Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over."
"She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago," the statement read.
Aside from the divorce, Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been engaged in a years-long legal battle over the finances of their winery, Château Miraval, and were also in a protracted custody battle. This case seemingly came to an end once Vivienne and Knox turned 18 in July.
